Pharmacy Hanegev Ltd., the first pharmacy opened in the Negev, is a symbol of the renewed Jewish settlement of the Negev and of the rich history of the Negev capital, Beer-Sheva.
The pharmacy is located on the first floor a the two story building constructed by the Turks in 1901, assisted by European engineers and architects.
The building has distinctive arches and a unique ceiling, and used to serve as a regional hotel. The pharmacy opened in 1948 with the release of Beer-Sheva, and in 1986 the building was renovated.
Pharmacy Hanegev has been run by the two families Straichman-Kriegel and Bogen, for the last three generations.
The Pharmacy offers professional services in Hebrew, Russian, Arabic, English, French and Rumanian. In addition to medicines, we offer vitamins, homeopathic medicines, aromatic oils, orthopedic products and variety of cosmetics.
